What provsql.circuit_cleanup() reports.

The three "before" figures are the store's size when the clean-up started; the three "after" figures are the size of the rebuilt store (or, on a dry run, only the live gate count, the rest being 0 – the wire and byte totals of a rewrite are not known without doing it).
