Detailed Description

One recorded probability write, awaiting commit or rollback.

nest_level is the subtransaction nesting level the write happened at (GetCurrentTransactionNestLevel). A subtransaction abort clears every entry at or below its own level; a subtransaction commit re-parents them to the parent level, so an outer ROLLBACK still undoes a write made inside a released savepoint.
